Tagen is a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Executive with a focus in Behavioral Health since 2009. She has successfully managed RCM in multiple states for SUD Facilities representing the full continuum of care and size. Tagen is skilled in Commercial Insurance and Medicaid/MCO contracting on a national level and has extensive Revenue Cycle Team Management skills with an emphasis on overturning complex claim issues.
Tagen is a Certified Medical Billing Professional (CMBP) and a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Joe is our right-hand man and co-owner of Aspire Medical Billing. He has spent the past decade in the behavioral healthcare industry managing national and regional accounts, generating high volume revenue, and mentoring internal sales personnel. Joe is excellent at fostering new and existing relationships and prides himself on generating revenue immediately from the ground floor. Joe exemplifies hard work and integrity that we know will help us to achieve our goals and aspirations.

Justin has an established portfolio that includes 10+ years of healthcare and medical billing experience. Justin started his career with Aspire Billing as the Director of Operations where he oversaw all areas of the billing/collections process correctly. His specialties include working directly with all account owners to educate and adapt to the changing trends of the billing and coding industry.

For almost 10 years, Abby has been with Aspire Medical Billing from an internship to now overseeing our revenue cycle division. She is an expert at solving billing issues head-on and maintaining communication between our team and the providers. Abby is responsible for communicating the most up-to-date information to our providers and staff, and most importantly working closely with management to ensure appropriate efforts are devoted to identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Abby is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She is currently pursuing an MBA.
